How To Update IP Address For Ground Floor Printer Procedure Guide

The following guide will walk you through how to update the new IP Address to the ground floor printer

1: Type “Printer” in search bar at the bottom of your desktop screen

2: Select “Printers & Scanners” from the drop-down list

3: Select the printer called “Konica Minolta C759PCL” ***Your printer may be called something else like “Ground Floor Printer for example”***

4: Select “Printer Properties”

5: I pop-up will appear, select “ports” from the tab option at the top

6: Select “Add Ports”

7: A new pop-up will appear, select the option “Standard TCP/IP Port” then select “New Port”

8: A new pop-up will appear, select “Next”

9: Type in 192.168.1.252 then select “Next”
