Cleaning up system disks

• In the search bar type “disk cleanup”.

 

• Click on “Clean up system files”

Deleting old emails

•  In your deleted folder click on “Recover Deleted Items from Server” 

• Click “Select All” and then click “Purge Selected items”. This will clear out everything from the server. Know that once they are gone from here, they can't be recovered again.
