Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how to add your NCPC Smart Start email address to the address book in the ground floor printer
1: Select the “Menu” option on the touch screen of the printer on the ground floor
2: Select “Scan/Fax”
3: Select “Addr.Reg.”
4: Select “New”
5: Select “E-Mail”
6: Enter in NCPC Smart Start email address (Ex. bharrington@smartstart.org) ***Select “Shift” to retrieve the “@” symbol***
7: Select “OK”
8: Enter your full name and select the box next to “Favorite” and select Register
9: Select “Close”
10: Your email address is now added to the printer for scan to email functionality
