Overview:
The following guide walks you through how-to login to a second Microsoft account in your Microsoft Edge web browser
1: Select the “Microsoft Edge” web browser icon at the bottom of your home screen in your taskbar ***If you are using a MacBook, please select Safari from the list of applications shown on the bottom of your screen***
2: “Copy/Paste” the following link into the search bar located at the top of the webpage portal.office.com
3: In the top-right, select your “Microsoft Profile” icon (Ex. shown below) ***Will need to be signed into your primary Microsoft account first before proceeding to the next step***
4: Select the option “Sign In With A Different Account” (Ex. shown below)
5: Select the option “Use Another Account”
6: Enter your secondary “Microsoft Account” > Select “Next”
7: Enter in your “Password” > Select “Sign In”
8: Select “Next”
9: Select the “Microsoft Account” you just entered
10: If you have not setup your “Multi-Factor Authentication” for your “Secondary Account” you will need to select “Next” (Select the "Download Now" on your screen that looks like the option on the screenshot shown below and follow the provided steps to install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone) ***If you have already setup your “Multi-Factor Authentication” for your “Secondary Account” it will prompt you for a 2-digit code that will display on the screen once you have entered your login credentials to enter into your Microsoft Authenticator app, or will prompt you to enter the “6 Digit Code” from your “Microsoft Authenticator App”***
11: Select “Next”
12: Once you have installed the “Microsoft Authenticator App” onto your phone, you will need to scan the “QR Code” from the “Microsoft Authenticator App” on your phone > Select “Next” ***Select the “+” in the top-right of your “Microsoft Authenticator App” > Select the option “Other” > “Hover” your camera on your phone over the “QR Code” > One your computer screen in your Microsoft setup it will display a 2 digit number that you will be prompted to enter in your new Microsoft Authenticator app > Once entered "Setup Complete”. If you do not receive a 2-digit number to enter into your app, it may prompt you to enter a 6-digit number that is generated in your Microsoft Authenticator app (Steps for this process are shown below). A new code is generated every 30 seconds ***

13: You will see a 2-digit code displayed on the screen > Select "Next"
14: Enter your Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone and select "Yes"
***If the screen does not display a 2-digit code to enter your Microsoft Authenticator app and prompts you to enter a 6-digit code that is generated from your Microsoft Authenticator app, follow the steps listed below***
15: Enter in “6 Digit Code” provided from your “Microsoft Authenticator App” and select “Next” ***Code resets every 30 seconds from your “Microsoft Authenticator App” on your phone***
16: Select “Done”
17: You are now signed into your “Secondary Account” to switch back to your “Primary Account” select your “Microsoft Profile” icon from the top-right
18: Select the option located under the account located “Above” (Ex. Shown Below)
