Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how-to add a co-organizer to a Teams meeting
How-To Create A Co-Organizer
1: Once you have “Created” a “Teams Meeting” > Open “Outlook” by selecting the “Outlook” icon at the bottom of your home screen
2: Select the “Calendar” icon on the left-hand side panel
3: Double-click on the “Meeting” you are wanting to add a “Co-Organizer” to (Ex. Shown Below)
4: Select “Meeting Options” located at the bottom next to “For Organizers”
5: Select “Roles” from the left-hand side panel
6: To the right of “Choose Co-Organizer” select the drop-down menu for “Search For Participants”
7: Select the “User” you are wanting to make a “Co-Organizer” (Ex. Shown Below)
8: Select “Save”
How-To Setup Automatic Recording
1: Double-click on the “Meeting” you are wanting to add a “Co-Organizer” to (Ex. Shown Below)
2: Select “Meeting Options” located at the bottom next to “For Organizers”
3: Select “Recording & Transcript” from the left-hand side panel
4: Select the box for “Yes” next to “Record And Transcribe Automatically”
5: Select “Save”
How-To Make Recurring
1: Double-click on the “Meeting” you are wanting to add a “Co-Organizer” to (Ex. Shown Below)
2: Select “Make Recurring”
3: Set “Appointment Time, Reoccurrence Pattern, and Range Of Reoccurrence” > Select “OK”
How-To Bypass The Lobby
1: Double-click on the “Meeting” you are wanting to add a “Co-Organizer” to (Ex. Shown Below)
2: Select “Meeting Options” located at the bottom next to “For Organizers”
3: Select “Security”
4: Select from the drop-down menu “Everyone” next to “Who Can Bypass The Lobby”
5: Select “Save”
