Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how-to setup to the Owl and TV in conference room 2 & 1 share your screen for Teams & Zoom meeting presentation
Conference Room 2
Microsoft Teams
1: Power on TV (Insignia remote is located to the right of the TV) > About one minute after TV powers on you should see a screen that states “Conference Room 2 is Ready to Connect”
2: On your computer, select “Windows Key + K” simultaneously and you will see a pop that on the bottom-right of your screen > Select the option “Conference Room 2” (This will allow you to share your screen wirelessly to the TV) ***Example shown below***
3: Once you have “Screen Shared” to the TV, connect the “Microsoft Surface Hub Docking Station Cable” to your “Microsoft Surface Laptop” on the right side (Once plugged in you will see a “White Light” on the cable that is plugged into your laptop. If you do not see a “White Light”, please check and confirm the docking station is connected to a power outlet)
4: Open your “Team Meeting” you are wanting to present to > At the top right of your “Teams Meeting” select the “Down Arrow” next to the “Camera” icon
5: Select the “Meeting Owl Camera” option from the drop-down menu (You should see a camera image coming from the “Owl Camera)
6: Next select the “Down Arrow” next to the “Mic” option from the top-right
7: Select the “Meeting Owl Pro” option from the drop-down menu
8: Once you have completed your meeting, select “Windows Key & K” you will see a screen pop-up in the bottom-right again, select “Disconnect”
Zoom
1: Power on TV (Insignia remote is located to the right of the TV) > About one minute after TV powers on you should see a screen that states “Conference Room 2 is Ready to Connect”

3: Once you have “Screen Shared” to the TV, connect the “Microsoft Surface Hub Docking Station Cable” to your “Microsoft Surface Laptop” on the right side (Once plugged in you will see a “White Light” on the cable that is plugged into your laptop. 4: Open your “Zoom Meeting” you are wanting to present to > At the top right of your “Zoom Meeting” select the “Up Arrow” next to the “Camera” icon
5: Select the “Meeting Owl Camera” option from the drop-down menu (You should see a camera image coming from the “Owl Camera)
6: Next select the “Up Arrow” next to the “Mic” option from the top-right
7: Select the “Meeting Owl Pro” option from the drop-down menu
8: Once you have completed your meeting, select “Windows Key & K” you will see a screen pop-up in the bottom-right again, select “Disconnect”
Conference Room 1
Microsoft Teams
***When powering on Projector, please disregarding message stating "Replace The Lamp"***
1: Power on TV (Remote is located to the left-hand side of the “TV”
2: On your computer, select “Windows Key + K” simultaneously and you will see a pop that on the bottom-right of your screen > Select the option “Conference Room 1” (This will allow you to share your screen wirelessly to the TV) ***Example shown below***
3: Once you have “Screen Shared” to the TV, connect the “USB Cable” from the “Owl” camera to your “Microsoft Surface Laptop” (Ex. Shown Below)
4: Open your “Teams Meeting” you are wanting to present to > At the top right of your “Teams Meeting” select the “Down Arrow” next to the “Camera” icon
5: Select the “Meeting Owl Camera” option from the drop-down menu (You should see a camera image coming from the “Owl Camera)
6: Next select the “Down Arrow” next to the “Mic” option from the top-right
7: Select the “Meeting Owl Pro” option from the drop-down menu
8: Once you have completed your meeting, select “Windows Key & K” you will see a screen pop-up in the bottom-right again, select “Disconnect”
Zoom

4: Open your “Zoom Meeting” you are wanting to present to > At the top right of your “Zoom Meeting” select the “Up Arrow” next to the “Camera” icon
5: Select the “Meeting Owl Camera” option from the drop-down menu (You should see a camera image coming from the “Owl Camera)
6: Next select the “Up Arrow” next to the “Mic” option from the top-right
7: Select the “Meeting Owl Pro” option from the drop-down menu
8: Once you have completed your meeting, select “Windows Key & K” you will see a screen pop-up in the bottom-right again, select “Disconnect”
***Please “Power Off” the “TV/Projector” once the meeting has ended***
