Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how-to uninstall the current version of Zoom and install the newer updated version of Zoom
1: Select the “Windows” icon from the bottom of your home screen in the “Taskbar”
2: Type “Program” and Select “Add Or Remove Programs” from the drop-down list
3: Scroll down to “Zoom” and select the “3 Dots” and select “Uninstall”
4: Once “Uninstalled” go to the following link and select the “Newest” version of “Zoom” and the “Download” option for the “Zoom Workplace Desktop App” (Download Center for Zoom Apps and Plugins | Zoom)
5: Once downloaded, select the “Download File” from the top-right and select “Open File”
6: You will receive the following pop-up saying the download completed successfully > If you do not receive the pop-up and it brings up another pop-up asking to enter your “Microsoft Account” once entered it will open the new updated version of “Zoom”
