If you are experiencing issues with Citrix not loading or opening properly after the weekend of 2/22/2026 datacenter migration. The following steps will walk you through how to resolve the issue.
1: Open Citrix
2: Select Settings wheel in the top-right corner of Citrix
3: Select Accounts
4: Make sure the box for NCSS Application is checked and select remove
5: Once removed select add
6: In the open space, enter the following address https://myapps.ncsmartstart.org and select enter
7: You should now receive a login screen. Once signed in you should see all of you applications. If you do not, please contact NCPC IT at helpdesk@smartstart.org and someone from our team will assist you at our earliest availability
