Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how to set up your new KnowBe4 account
1: Open your Outlook by selecting your Outlook icon at the bottom of your screen
2: In your Inbox folder, locate an email titled KnowBe4 “You’ve been enrolled in training” (Ex. Shown Below)
3: Once you have opened the email, select the link to start your training (Ex. Shown Below) ***Link below is for example use only***
4: You will receive a message stating that you will receive a new email from KnowBe4 that will contain instructions for setting up your new account
5: Open the new email from KnowBe4 titled “Confirmation Instructions”
6: Select the link “Activate my account”
7: Enter a password containing a minimum of 12 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters (Ex. ABCabc123!@#) and select “Log In”
8: All required training will be accessible here, including new hire training when you start NCPC (Link provided below is not your actual KnowBe4 link, for example use only)
