Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how-to setup and sign into your Keeper account with your NCPC Microsoft account and Microsoft Authenticator app
1: “Copy/Paste” the following link into your “Microsoft Edge” web browser (Ex. Shown Below)

2: Enter your “NCPC” email address and select “Next”
***Make sure “Enterprise SSO Login” is selected as default from the drop-down below. Your account automatically login with your Microsoft credentials once you select next***
3: Select your “Microsoft” account from the options
4: Select from one of the options shown below to either receive a 2-digit number to enter into your Microsoft Authenticator app or to enter a 6-digit verification code that is generated in your Microsoft Authenticator app from your phone ***If you have not setup your Microsoft Authenticator app, the following link will take you to a guide that will walk you through how-to setup your Microsoft Authentication in your Microsoft account. 5: Enter in the “2-Digit Number or 6-Digit Verification Code” from the verification option you selected and select “Verify”
6: Now you will be prompted to enter your “6-Digit Verification Code” from your “Keeper” account in your “Microsoft Authenticator app” and select “Next” ***Make sure “Require 2FA Every Login” is selected as default from the drop-down below***
7: You will receive a message stating “Two Factor Authentication is enforced by your Keeper Administrator” > Select “OK”
8: Enable the toggle for the “Authenticator App” > Select “Next”
9: Scan the following “QR Code” in your “Microsoft Authenticator App” from your phone > Enter the 6-digit verification code > Select “Next” ***Make sure “Require 2FA Every Login” is selected as default from the drop-down below***
10: You will receive a pop-up containing a list of “Backup Codes” > Screenshot them and save to a Word document as “Keeper Backup Codes” > Select “I have written these codes down”
11: Once you have gained access to your new “Keeper” account, select “Import Now” for importing passwords, from the lower right of your screen > Listed below is a link to a video that will walk you through how-to "Import" passwords for further reference

12: Select “Import” from the top of the pop-up window
13: Select the “Copy” icon in the pop-up that appears
14: Open the “Download File” from the top right of your web browser
15: Paste the “Code” you previously copied into the field and select “Import”
16: “Imports” completed successfully
17: In your “Keeper Vault” account, select “Add to Keeper”
18: In your “Keeper Vault” in the lower right select “Install Now” for “Browser Extension”
19: Select “Get”
20: Select “Add Extension”
21: Select “Puzzle“ icon in the top-right of your web browser
22: Select the “Pencil” icon to “Pin” to your web browser
23: If you are needing to "Add" a new website to your "Keeper" account, select "Create New" from the top left of your "Keeper" account > Listed below is a link to a video that will walk you through how to create a "Record" if you need further guidance

24: Select "Record"
25: Create a "Title" and select "Next"
26: Enter the "Email/Username & Password" and "Website Address" > Select "Save"
How To Create a password by using the Keeper Password Generator
1: Copy/Paste the following link https://keepersecurity.com/ and login to Keeper with your Multi-Factor Authenticator Application
2: Select "Create New"
3: Select "Generate Password"
4: Drag ball to 12-character option and check all 4 boxes for the following, lowercase, uppercase, numbers and symbols
5: Select the copy icon
6: The following link will take you to a video that will walk you through how to create a new record, paste the new password from the password generator in the step that prompts you to enter a password
