Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how-to upload videos to LP Central SharePoint
1: “Copy/Paste” the following link to access the “LP Central SharePoint” Local Partnership Central - Home (sharepoint.com)
2: Select the “Documents Libraries” tab located at the top
3: Select “Videos Library (FOR NCPC USE ONLY)"
4: Select “Upload”
5: Select "Files or Folders" from the drop-down menu (Using a file as an example)
6: Select “Open"
7: Once "Video" is added to “Videos Library (FOR NCPC USE ONLY)" then you can select the "Videos Playlists" tab located at the top and select one of the following "Playlists" listed below to "Upload" to (Using "Trainings" for this example)
8: Select "Trainings"
9: Select "Add New Item"
10: Select "More places"
11: Select "Local Partnership Central LP Videos Library"
12: Select the "Video" you "Uploaded" to “Videos Library (FOR NCPC USE ONLY)" and select "Select"
***Please use the following naming convention when posting a video***
- Clear description of the meeting (Ex. IT Training)
- Date of meeting (Ex. 07/11/24)
- Test Example ITTraining07/11/24
