The following guide will walk you through on how to submit a staff access form in LP Central SharePoint
1: “Copy/Paste” the following link to access the “LP Central SharePoint” Local Partnership Central - Home (sharepoint.com)
2: Select the “Staff Access Form” quick link
3: Select the “Form” you are wanting to submit a “Request” for (Ex. Shown Below)
4: Fill out the required “Fields” and select “Submit”
