Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how-to create an event to the External Learning Calendar In LP Central SharePoint
1: “Copy/Paste” the following link to access the “LP Central SharePoint” Local Partnership Central - Home (sharepoint.com)
2: Select the “External Learning Calendar” quick link
3: “Hover” over the “Day” you are wanting to create an “Event” for and select “+New”
4: Fill in the required “Fields” (Ex. Shown Below)
- Title
- Location (Ex. Zoom/Teams link or physical location)
- Start/End Time
- Description (Ex. Brief Overview of the Meeting)
- Course URL (If Applicable)
- Department
5: Select “Save”
