Overview:
The following guide will walk you through the standard folder structure for the FCC Teams sub-site
1: “Copy/Paste” the following link in your “Microsoft Edge” web browser https://ncsmartstart.sharepoint.com/pe (Microsoft Edge web browser is located at the bottom of your home screen in your task bar)
2: Select the “Folder” you are wanting to access from the left-hand side located under “Documents”
3: For the example we’ll be using the “Contracting New” folder
4: We are utilizing the “Choice” feature in “All” columns (The choice feature gives you the option to customize choices to pick from when identifying a file/document for a particular column)
5: Select “Add Column”
6: Select the “Choice” feature > Select “Next”
7: Enter a “Name“ for the “Column”
8: Enter a “Description” (If Required)
9: Select “Choice” from the drop-down menu for “Type”
10: Enter a “Name” in the “Choice” field (This is the option you are wanting to pick for identifying to the file/document in the specific column) (Ex. Shown Below)
11: Select “Save”
