Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how to delete your browser cookies in Google Chrome when you experience issues with SharePoint not allowing you to upload files to the LP Central location
1: Select the 3 dots in the top-right in your Google Chrome browser
2: Select “Clear Browsing Data”
3: In pop-up window, select “All Time” for “Time Range” and uncheck the top two boxes and only have the box for “Cached Images and Files” checked
Select “Clear Data”
5: Close Google Chrome and reopen. You will need to sign back into your Microsoft account
6: You should now be able to upload files again to SharePoint
