How to Sign into CDMS Through Web Browser Procedure Guide

Overview:

The following guide will walk you through how to sign into CDMS through your preferred web browser

***If you do not have access to CDMS, please contact your direct supervisor to request access to CDMS. Once NCPC IT receives a submitted Access Request for NCPC Systems form, we will send an email to the requested user from the email provided in the request form, containing their new credentials***

1: Open your preferred web browser application from your taskbar at the bottom of your desktop screen (Ex. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome. Firefox, and Safari) (Ex. shown below)

2: Copy/Paste the following link into you preferred web browser https://smartstartcdms.org/login

3: Sign-in with the credentials you were provided by NCPC IT after your direct supervisor submitted a Access Request for NCPC Systems form on your behalf and select sign-in

***If you need to reset your password. Please select the "Forgot Password" option and use your local LP's email address that is associated to your CDMS account to receive an email to create a new password***
