Overview:
The following guide will walk you through how to sign into MIP through Citrix Workspace
***If you do not have access to MIP, please contact your direct supervisor to request access to MIP. Once NCPC IT receives a submitted Access Request for NCPC Systems form, we will send an email to the requested user from the email provided in the request form, containing their new credentials (Supervisor must complete the MIP Permission Form for access to MIP, along with NCPC Systems. Please contact NCPC Finance for a link to the MIP Permission Form. Permission updates in MIP follow the same process)***
1: Open your Citrix Workspace application from your taskbar at the bottom of your desktop screen
2: Enter your NCPC Smart Start username (Ex. shown below)
3: Once you have signed in, select the option for “Abila MIP Accounting”
4: Select “File” > Select “Open Organization”
5: Select the “LP Database” you are wanting to login to and enter your login credentials and select “OK”
6: You are now signed into Citrix
